●Ingredients (equal amounts) Amhar Dried ginger - digestive, Pippali - digestive booster, beneficial for the digestive system Dried curry leaves - digestive juice stimulant Celery - anti-flatulence, anti-gas Black pepper - anti-phlegm and anti-flatulence Cumin - digestive supporter, asafoetida - excellent anti-flatulence Make a fine powder of all and store it safely. ●Classical method of consumption Do Take 5 grams of powder, mix in a little cow’s ghee, and a pinch of rock salt. Consume with the first bite of food. Taking it with the first bite directly signals the digestive fire. ●Traditional Powder • Rock salt - 25 grams • Roasted celery seeds - 60 grams • Dry ginger powder - 60 grams • Big myrobalan - 150 grams This combination has been traditionally used for gas, indigestion, constipation, and gas-related disorders. ●Method of Preparation Dry all the above ingredients thoroughly and grind them into a fine powder in a clean grinder. Is type ki saans ki problem jab khane ke baad badhti hai wo usually pitta imbalance ke saath digestion disturbance ki wajah se hoti hai, jab pitta aur gas upar ki taraf badhte hain to chest tightness aur breathing discomfort feel hota hai ye condition mein digestion ko calm karna aur pitta ko balance karna bahut important hai medicines aap is tarah le sakte hain avipattikar churna 1/2 tsp raat ko garam paani ke saath kamdudha ras 1 tablet din mein 2 baar yashtimadhu churna 1/2 tsp din mein 1–2 baar khane ke baad turant na letein, thoda walk karein aur heavy meals avoid karein, halka aur easily digest hone wala khana lein spicy, oily, fried aur acidic foods avoid karein, include cooling foods jaise lauki, kheera, coconut water aur simple ghar ka khana stress ko control karna bahut zaroori hai, daily anulom vilom aur bhramari pranayama karein jo breathing ko improve karta hai thanda paani ya cold drinks avoid karein, normal ya halka garam paani lein regular routine aur proper digestion ke saath ye problem gradually control mein aa sakti hai Heartful pranams Dr Raghuveer SN (Ayurvedacharya)

Hello, In Ayurveda, when an imbalance of Pitta (heat energy) affects the respiratory system, it is often due to the “upward movement” of heat affecting the Prana Vaha Srotas (respiratory channels). This can cause acidity-induced breathlessness or inflammation. ​ ​This condition is typically seen as Pitta-type Shwasa. Excessive heat in the stomach (Amashaya) can irritate the diaphragm or cause congestion and burning sensations in the chest, making breathing feel labored or shallow. ​Dhanwantharam Gulika ​Action: Helps in regulating the movement of Vata and Pitta; specifically used for breathlessness and hiccups. ​Dose: 1 tablet twice daily, crushed and mixed with cumin water or warm water after food ​Agasthya Vyasthyadi Lehyam ​Action: A classical herbal jam that rejuvenates the lungs while balancing Pitta and Kapha. ​Dose: 1 tablespoon (10–15g) twice daily before food. ​Dadimadi Ghritam ​Action: Medicated ghee that cools the digestive fire and relieves breathlessness associated with Pitta and anemia. ​Dose: 1 teaspoon with warm water on an empty stomach in the morning.
