Nelsin 2 caps twice a day before food. Tab. Shwaskuthar Ras 2 tabs twice a dya before food. Syp.Kanaksav 3 tsp twice a day before food with warm water. Panchendriya varthan tailam 15 minutes of steam followed by 3 drops in each nostril early in the morning. Castor oil 3 tsp at bed time with cupof hot water.
