Suffering from cold and cough since a long time, some time nose get blocked and sometimes nose starts running, during humid weather my asthma problem increases, I also have digestion related problem and getting weight loss

Chronic cold, cough, asthma, digestive problems and weight loss need proper medical evaluation, especially if symptoms are long-standing. Take • Sitopaladi Churna – 3 g + 1 tsp honey, 2 times daily after food. • Agastya Haritaki Avaleha – 1 teaspoon (5 g) twice daily with lukewarm water. • Chitrakadi Vati – 1 tablet twice daily before food for digestion. Avoid cold drinks, curd at night, refrigerated foods, and excess sweets.
