Constant Mucus in Throat Concern - #51787

I have constant mucus in my throat making me clear it all the time. I don’t think it’s allergy since antihistamines did not fix this problem. I am predominantly vata and some pitta. I try to-eat healthy vegetarian diet with some dairy, mainly a little milk with coffee. I don’t drink cold drinks and try not to eat cold food. Although I do eat leftovers. Which I heat first. Very little sugar since I’m prediabetic and don’t eat fried food. I am 60 years old female.
