I am having mild asthma. History of constipation but now it is completely ok, except acidity and gas issues. I feel have heaviness just below the ribs in diaphragm area. This heaviness is even more when I sleep. I feel difficulty in breathing because of this. I tried many things like mahadhanvantran gulika with only mild relief. But when I tried krimi ghanvati this completely solves my problem. However whenever I stop krimighana vati the problem returns immediately. My question is can I use krimi ghanvati for long time. If not what is the solution

●Krimi Ghanvati Ayurvedic formulation primarily used to treat and manage intestinal worms, parasites, and related digestive issues.Use short period upto 4 to 5 days after that stop krimi ghanvati cause it disturbs stomach and intestinal function and irritation to lining. Im giving some medicines take upto 4 to 5 months. ●Cinnamon + Trikatu Tea - Boil 1 teaspoon cinnamon + 1 teaspoon trikatu (dried ginger, black pepper, long pepper). Cover and let stand for 10 minutes, then add 1 teaspoon honey and drink. • Clears mucus, opens the respiratory tract, and boosts immunity. Use: Consume twice a day. ●Yashtimadhu (Liquorice) + Ginger Tea - Take equal parts of licorice and dried ginger (1/2 teaspoon each), boil them in a cup of water and make a tea. Liquorice soothes inflammation of the respiratory tract. Ginger improves digestion and lung circulation. Usage: 1-2 times daily. ●Sesame + figs + honey 4/6 - Mix 1⁄2 teaspoon tea leaves + 1 teaspoon figs, 1 teaspoon honey. • Clears phlegm and mucus, strengthens lungs. Experimentation 2-3 times per day. ●Shitophaladi churna + talisadi churna +honey take 1 teaspoon each , mix well and lick it 3 to 4 times a day. ●Praanrakshak Churna – 1 teaspoonful twice daily with warm water after meals. ●Tulsi Capsules – 2 capsules twice daily with warm water after meals ●Do Pranayama-•Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)•Bhramari Pranayama (Humming Bee Breath)•Diaphragmatic Breathing (Deep Belly Breathing) ✅️Well-Cooked Grains: Aged rice,lightweight millets, or well-cooked quinoa are gentle on the abdomen.Lean, Soupy Proteins: Split moong dal (mung bean) soup or light lentil stews are incredibly easy on a dysfunctional digestive system while providing necessary protein.Steamed Vegetables: Gourd vegetables (bottle gourd, ridge gourd, ash gourd), carrots, and pumpkin are highly digestible and rich in antioxidants that support lung health 🚫Avoid Citrus Fruits & Juices: Oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruits can highly irritate a sensitive stomach lining and worsen acid reflux.Tomatoes and Tomato-Based Sauces: Highly acidic and a major contributor to heartburn and gastric discomfort.Carbonated Beverages: Sodas, sparkling water, and fizzy drinks introduce excess air into the digestive tract, causing immediate abdominal distension and forcing the diaphragm upward, which restricts deep breathing.Caffeine & Exce, Chocolate: Coffee, strong black teas,Ice-Cold Foods & Drinks: Ice cream, iced water, and chilled desserts constrict the blood vessels in the gut (slowing digestion) and can cause sudden reflex cooling of the airways, triggering an asthma cough.Heavy, Cold Dairy (Especially at Night): Thick yogurts, curd, heavy cream, and paneer eaten late in the day can increase mucus production and cause sluggish, overnight digestion. (Note: Warm, spiced milk or a splash of fresh buttermilk during the day is generally better tolerated).Refined Flours (Maida): White bread, pastries, biscuits, and fast food turn into a sticky, heavy mass in the digestive tract, leading to constipation and abdominal discomfort.

The symptoms you describe — heaviness below the ribs, bloating, acidity, pressure while lying down, and breathing difficulty — suggest a strong connection between Ama (toxins), Kapha accumulation, disturbed Vata in the abdomen, and weak Agni (digestive fire). In Ayurveda, many asthma-like symptoms begin from the stomach and gut region, especially when gas and Kapha obstruct the chest area. Krimi Ghanvati may be helping because it reduces Ama, intestinal toxins, gas formation, and hidden microbial imbalance, which indirectly relieves pressure on the diaphragm and improves breathing. That is why you feel immediate relief. However, using Krimi Ghanvati continuously for a very long period is usually not advised… because it is a strong cleansing medicine and prolonged use may aggravate Pitta or dryness in some individuals. A better Ayurvedic approach is: Correct the root digestive imbalance and gas formation. Reduce Kapha-Ama accumulation in the upper abdomen. Improve downward movement of Vata. Support lung function gently. Mild deepana-pachana medicines for digestion Regular Vata-Kapha balancing treatment Herbs like Haritaki, Sitopaladi, Yashtimadhu, or mild Hing-based formulations depending on your prakriti Light dinner and avoiding sleeping immediately after meals Avoiding curd at night, cold foods, excess tea, bakery items, and heavy dinner Helpful daily habits: Warm water sipping throughout the day Early light dinner Gentle walking after meals Steam inhalation with ajwain occasionally Sleeping with slightly elevated head position Since your symptoms worsen while lying down, acidity and upward-moving Vata may also be contributing significantly. So treating only asthma may not fully solve the issue unless digestion is corrected deeply.
