Ayurvedic treatment short: Sitopaladi Churna 3 gm + Honey Din me 2 times after food Talisadi Churna 3 gm Din me 2 times with warm water Vasavaleha 1 tsp Morning and night after food Steam inhalation Ajwain ya pudina daal kar 1-2 times daily Haldi milk Raat ko warm milk me 1/2 tsp haldi Agar wheezing, breathing difficulty, fever, blood in cough ya weight loss ho to chest physician ko dikhayein and chest evaluation karwayein

●Spinach juice - 3 cups • Pippali - a pinch twice a day. Benefits: • Supports lung strength • Balances phlegm • Eases breathing ●Warm Fire-Stimulating Ginger: A Key Cold Remedy • A phlegm-fatigue reliever, it gently expels accumulated cold and moisture from the body. ●Ginger - 1 part • Cinnamon - 1 part • Lemongrass - 2 parts Method: Ginger Mixed Tea (1) Ginger-Cinnamon Lemongrass Tea Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of the mixture in 1 cup of hot water, cover, and steep for 10 minutes. Consume 2-3 times a day. It helps with congestion, coughs, and the flu. ●Tulsi decoction: Boil 1 teaspoon of basil in 1 cup of water for 1 minute. Drink it hot. This reduces fever and viral effects. ●Sitopalada Powder - 1 part • Maha Sudarshan Powder - 1 part Dosage: 1 teaspoon with 1 teaspoon honey 2-3 times a day after meals. ●Pranayam by breathing • Kapalabhati (mild) • Anulom-vilom without Kamak These exercises clear the respiratory tract •Chyavanprash 10gm (1tsf) in the morning. Diabetics should take sugar free Chyavanprash. •Drink herbal tea / decoction (Kadha) made from Tulsi (Basil), Dalchini (Cinnamon), Kalimirch (Black pepper), Shunthi (Dry Ginger) and Munakka (Raisin) - once or twice a day. Add jaggery (natural sugar) and / or fresh lemon juice to your taste, if needed. •Golden Milk - Half tea spoon Haldi (turmeric) powder in 150 ml hot milk - once or twice a day. ●Nasal application - Apply sesame oil / coconut oil or Ghee in both the nostrils (Pratimarsh Nasya) in morning and evening. •Oil pulling therapy - Take 1 table spoon sesame or coconut oil in mouth. Do not drink, Swish in the mouth for 2 to 3 minutes and spit it off followed by warm water rinse. This can be done once or twice a day.
