आपके लक्षण (खाने के बाद बलगम, सफेद कफ, मुंह सूखना, अपच) साफ़ कफ + अग्निमांद्य (कमज़ोर पाचन) की ओर इशारा करते हैं।
जो दवाइयाँ आपने पूछी हैं (खदिरारिष्ट, महामंजिष्ठादि, सरिवाद्यासव) ये स्किन/ब्लड शुद्धि के लिए ज्यादा होती हैं, कफ-म्यूकस के लिए मुख्य उपचार नहीं हैं
ये तीनों दवाएँ आपके केस में प्राथमिक नहीं हैं।
1. मुख्य दवाएँ (कफ + पाचन सुधार)
सितोपलादि चूर्ण – 1/2 चम्मच + शहद, दिन में 2 बार
तालीसादी चूर्ण – 1/2 चम्मच + शहद, दिन में 2 बार
त्रिकटु चूर्ण – 1/4 चम्मच भोजन के बाद (कफ + पाचन के लिए)
2. सिरप / काढ़ा
वासावलेह / वासारिष्ट – 2 चम्मच + बराबर पानी, दिन में 2 बार
या कंठकारी अवलेह (अगर बलगम ज्यादा हो)
सबसे जरूरी सुधार
ठंडी चीजें, दही, केला, फ्रिज का पानी ❌
खाना खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी ❌
हल्का गुनगुना पानी ✔
रात को 1 चम्मच हल्दी + दूध ✔
सुबह खाली पेट अदरक + शहद ✔
