I understand your concern, Mr. Basant Kumar Nayak. Living with asthma since 2021, along with repeated phlegm cough, wheezing, and breathing difficulty, can be tiring and stressful. The good thing is that with the right management, symptoms can often be controlled much better First, very important: please continue your inhaler and current prescribed medicines. Do not stop inhalers suddenly, because they help protect your airways. In Ayurveda, this often resembles Tamaka Shwasa / Kapha-Vata imbalance, where mucus + airway spasm both play a role. Internal Ayurvedic Support sitopaladi churna – helps cough/phlegm talisadi churna – useful in cough/wheezing kanakasava – often used in chronic respiratory complaints agastya haritaki – supportive in chronic cough tendency Exact medicine and dose should depend on BP, diabetes, digestion, sleep, and severity. For detail case history and prevention kindly book personal consultation.
