6 साल की लड़की जिसको जुकाम की शिकायत है। बार-बार जुकाम आता है नाक बहती रहती है। खांसी की जुकाम के दवाइयाँ दी है पर आराम नहीं लग रहा है। इसके लिए आयुर्वेदिक इलाज बताएं कौन सी दवाइयाँ लेनी है किस कंपनी के दवाइयाँ लेनी है कितनी बार लेनी है कैसे लेनी है और कितने समय तक लेनी है कृपा सब बतायें

साल की बच्ची में बार-बार जुकाम और नाक बहना कफ दोष वृद्धि और कमजोर इम्युनिटी (ओज) का संकेत होता है। आयुर्वेद में इसका इलाज धीरे-धीरे जड़ से किया जाता है। Rx सितोपलादि चूर्ण – 1/4 चम्मच + शहद, दिन में 2 बार तालीसादी चूर्ण – 1/4 चम्मच, दिन में 2 बार (खांसी में लाभ) संजीवनी वटी – 1 गोली, दिन में 1 बार (गुनगुने पानी से) च्यवनप्राश – 1/2 चम्मच रोज सुबह 2. घरेलू उपाय सुबह-शाम हल्दी वाला गुनगुना दूध तुलसी + अदरक + काली मिर्च का काढ़ा (1–2 चम्मच) भाप (steam) दिन में 1 बार नाक में 1-1 बूंद गाय का घी (रात को) 3. आहार व परहेज गुनगुना पानी पिलाएं हल्का, गरम भोजन दें ठंडी चीजें, आइसक्रीम, दही (खासकर रात में), फ्रिज का पानी बंद करें 4. जीवनशैली बच्चे को धूल-मिट्टी और ठंडी हवा से बचाएं रोज हल्की धूप और खेलकूद कराएं

बार-बार जुकाम आना बच्चों में आम है, लेकिन 6 महीने से चल रहा है तो इसका मतलब है immunity (bal) + kapha imbalance को सुधारना जरूरी है। सीधा और safe आयुर्वेदिक प्लान: Daily routine: ठंडी चीजें, ice cream, fridge water बंद करें रात में दही, banana avoid करें गुनगुना पानी दें Ghar par: सुबह 1 चम्मच शहद + 2–3 बूंद अदरक रस (खाली पेट नहीं, हल्का कुछ खाने के बाद) रात को सोते समय हल्दी वाला दूध (½ cup) Medicines (child-safe doses): Sitopaladi churna – ¼ teaspoon + honey, दिन में 2 बार Talisadi churna – ¼ teaspoon + honey, दिन में 2 बार Chyawanprash – ½ teaspoon सुबह For nose: Anu tail – 1-1 बूंद दोनों नाक में (दिन में 1 बार, सुबह) Duration: कम से कम 6–8 weeks नियमित दें — इससे immunity strong होगी और बार-बार जुकाम आना कम होगा। अगर fever बार-बार आता है या सांस लेने में दिक्कत हो तो pediatrician को दिखाएँ। धीरे-धीरे frequency कम होगी — immediate cure expect न करें। Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)

कुछ नियम जिनका पालन करना चाहिए ✔️ क्या करें (Do’s): ताज़ा बना हुआ भोजन खाएं। भोजन से आधा घंटा पहले एक इंच ताज़ा अदरक चबाएं। केवल फल और सब्ज़ियाँ खाएं। डेयरी उत्पादों को सीमित करें (यदि संभव हो तो बंद करें)। ❌ क्या न करें (Don’ts): सीधे पंखे के नीचे या ए.सी. के सामने बैठना। तला-भुना, मसालेदार और प्रोसेस्ड भोजन। पैक्ड फूड प्रोडक्ट्स। खट्टे और किण्वित (fermented) खाद्य पदार्थ। बेकरी आइटम्स। फ्राइड फूड। आलू। 💊 औषधि (Medication): Tab. Sanjeevani Vati 1 टैबलेट दिन में दो बार, भोजन से पहले। Cap. Nelsin 1 कैप्सूल दिन में दो बार, भोजन से पहले। यदि वह कैप्सूल नहीं ले सकती है, तो कैप्सूल खोलकर उसका चूर्ण निकाल लें और उसे शहद के साथ मिलाकर दें। Syp. Kanaksav 2 चम्मच दिन में दो बार, भोजन से पहले, गुनगुने पानी के साथ। 🪔 नस्य (Nasal Therapy): Panchendriya Vardhan Tailam सुबह भाप लेने के बाद 15 मिनट के भीतर, प्रत्येक नाक में 3-3 बूंद डालें।

1.सितोपलादि चूर्ण (Sitopaladi Churna)-2 ग्राम शहद के साथ (1/2 चम्मच शहद), दिन में 2 बार (सुबह‑शाम भोजन के बाद) 2.श्वासकुठार रस (Shwaskuthar Rasa)-1/4 गोली शहदके साथ दिन में 1 बार 3.च्यवनप्राश 1 चम्मच सुबह खाली पेट गुनगुना दूध के साथ घरेलू उपाय -गुनगुना पानी बार‑बार थोड़ी मात्रा में दें। -तुलसी + अदरक + शहद का हल्का काढ़ा (बहुत हल्का, तीखा नहीं) दिन में 1 बार। -भाप (Steam inhalation) – केवल हल्की भाप, सीधे गर्म पानी के बर्तन से नहीं (जलने का खतरा)। -हल्का, गर्म भोजन – खिचड़ी, मूंग दाल का सूप, हल्का दलिया। -ठंडी चीज़ें (आइसक्रीम, ठंडा पानी, पैकेज्ड जूस) से परहेज़।
