1) Aimil asthigon Syrup 2 teaspoonful 2–3 times a day After food with warm water 2) Aimil jufex Forte Syrup 2 teaspoonful (10 ml) 2 times a day After food with warm water 3) Amynity Plus granules 5 gm in water in morning empty stomach -----remedies These are supportive 4) Warm Ginger Tea with black pepper + Honey 5) anu taila 2 drops in each nostril How to prepare: • Boil 1 cup water with 1/2 inch fresh ginger + 2–3 crushed black pepper • Strain and let cool slightly • Add ½–1 teaspoon honey (if not diabetic) Frequency: 2–3 cups a day Use: Helps thin mucus and soothe throat 5) Saline Gargle / Warm Salt Water How to do: ½ teaspoon salt in warm water Frequency: 2–3 times/day Use: Clears throat phlegm ---- How Long to Take Acute phlegm (recent onset): 5–7 days Chronic or recurrent: 2–4 weeks and adjust based on response
