आपके लक्षण (कभी-कभी कफ, गले में दर्द, बलगम और नाक से पानी) आमतौर पर वात-कफ असंतुलन + मौसमी एलर्जी/पुराना सर्दी-जुकाम की तरफ संकेत करते हैं। आयुर्वेदिक उपाय: 1. गुनगुना पानी + काढ़ा दिन में 2–3 बार गुनगुना पानी पिएँ तुलसी + अदरक + काली मिर्च का हल्का काढ़ा लें (सुबह/शाम) 2. गले की देखभाल दिन में 2 बार हल्के गुनगुने नमक पानी से गरारे करें इससे गले का दर्द और बलगम दोनों में राहत मिलेगी 3. नाक के लिए रात को सोने से पहले 2 बूंद तिल का तेल नाक में डाल सकते हैं (नस्य) इससे नाक की सूखापन और पानी बहना कम होता है 4. आहार सुधार ठंडी चीजें (दही, आइसक्रीम, कोल्ड ड्रिंक) से बचें हल्का, गर्म और सुपाच्य भोजन लें अदरक, हल्दी, काली मिर्च का उपयोग बढ़ाएँ 5. जीवनशैली धूल, धुआँ और ठंडी हवा से बचाव करें पर्याप्त नींद लें

Virabhadrasana Trikonasana Vrukshasan Prasavkonasan ???Pranayam??? Anulom Vilom Bhastrika Kapalbhati ?Dont’s:? Sitting directly under a fan or right in front of the A.C Oily, spicy, processed food. Packed food products. Sour and fermented items. Bakery items. Fried food products. Potatoes. ??Medication?? Tab. Sanjeevani Vati 1 tab twice a day before food. Tab. Kaf Kuthar Ras 2 tabs twice a day before food. Cap. Nelsin 2 caps twice a day before food. Syp.Kanaksav 3 tsp twice a day before food with warm water. Panchendriya varthan tailam 15 minutes of steam followed by 3 drops in each nostril early in the morning.

Aapko is samasya se aaram pane ke liye main kuch asardarr aur surakshit Ayurvedic gharelu upchar (home remedies) aur parhez batata hoon: ​1. Gharelu Upchar (Home Remedies) ​Haldi aur Namak ke Garare (Gargles): ​Gungune paani mein ek chutki haldi aur thoda sa sendha namak (rock salt) milakar din mein 2 se 3 baar garare karein. Yeh gale ke dard (inflammation) ko turant kam karega aur sankraman (infection) se ladega. ​Adrak, Tulsi aur Kali Mirch ka Kadha: ​1 cup paani mein thoda sa koota hua adrak, 4-5 Tulsi ke patte, aur 2 kali mirch peeskar ubaal lein. Jab paani aadha reh jaye, toh ise chhan lein aur gunguna hone par 1 chammach shahad (honey) milakar din mein do baar piyein. Shahad balgam ko nikalne aur khansi ko shaant karne mein bohot madadgar hai. ​2. Aahar aur Jeevan-shaili (Diet & Lifestyle Tips) ​Ushna Jal (Gunguna Paani): Jab tak aapko khansi aur naak se paani aane ki samasya hai, tab tak sirf aur sirf gunguna paani hi piyein. Yeh gale ko tar rakhta hai aur Kapha ko pighlata hai. ​In cheezon se parhez karein (Strictly Avoid): ​Thandi cheezein, fridge ka paani, ice cream, cold drinks. ​Dahi (Curd), chaval (Rice), aur bhari ya teliya (oily/fried) khana, kyunki yeh sharir mein Kapha badhate hain. ​Khatte phal (Citrus fruits) se abhi kuch din bachein. ​3. Ayurvedic Aushadhi (Over-the-Counter Guidance) ​Agar upar diye gaye upcharon se 2-3 din mein aaram na mile, toh aap kisi paas ke Ayurvedic medical store se yeh classical medicines le sakte hain: ​Sitopaladi Churna: 2-3 gram churna ko 1 chammach shahad ke sath din mein do baar chaatein. Yeh khansi aur gale ke liye sabse behtareen maani jaati hai. ​Khadiradi Vati / Lavangadi Vati: Yeh Ayurvedic chosne wali goliyan (lozenges) hain.
