Ek Ayurvedic chikitsak (doctor) ke drishtikon se agar dekha jaye, toh aapka yeh prayog kapha dosha (balagam) ko door karne ke liye ek achha vichar hai, lekin isko lene ke tarike aur iske asar karne ke samay ko thoda samajhna zaroori hai. •Ayurveda mein Methi Dana (Fenugreek) ko ushna (garm), tikta-katu (kadva-teekha) aur kapha-vata nashak mana gaya hai. Wahi Amla Churna (Indian Gooseberry) rasaayan hai, jo shareer ki immunity badhata hai aur kapha ko santulit karta hai. Aapke is prayog aur sawal ka vistrit vishleshan niche diya gaya hai: 1.
