I am siffering from flu. Tounge has no taste sour throat no appetite. Could not eat solid food feel so tired running nose watery eyes

As your symptoms mostly suggest tiredness and loss of taste. These medicines will help you most. 1. Sudarsanam tablet 1-1-1 A/F 2. Thaleespathradi vatakam 1/2 tsp frequently atleast 4 times a day. 3. Dasamoolarishtam 10 ml twice daily after food. Also you can start with light foods like cooked rice with 4 times of water.

Ayurvedic Medicines (General Flu Support) 1. sitopaladi Churna 1 tsp + honey 3 times daily after food 2. talisadi Churna 1 tsp with honey 2–3 times daily 3. Guduchi (Giloy) Tablet 500 mg twice daily 4. Sudarshan Ghanvati 2 tablets twice daily These help in reducing Kapha, improving taste and boosting immunity. 🌿 For Sore Throat & Sour Feeling Yashtimadhu + warm water gargle ½ tsp powder in warm water 2–3 times daily or turmeric + salt gargle 🌿 For Running Nose & Watery Eyes Steam inhalation Add Ajwain or eucalyptus oil 5–7 minutes twice daily You can also apply Anu Taila (2 drops each nostril) once daily if nose is blocked. 🍲 Diet (Very Important) Because your Agni is low, avoid heavy food. Take only light foods: ✔ moong dal soup ✔ rice kanji / thin khichdi ✔ warm vegetable soup ✔ tulsi + ginger herbal tea ✔ warm water whole day
