Long-standing sinus with breathlessness + feverish feeling + frequent sneezing needs proper evaluation, especially because breathing difficulty should not be ignored. Avoid dust exposure, cold drinks, curd at night, and chilled foods. Daily steam inhalation can help reduce congestion. Sitopaladi churna – 1 tsp with honey twice daily Haridra Khand – 1 tsp twice daily after food Anu taila – 2 drops in each nostril in morning Triphala churna – 1 tsp at bedtime If shortness of breath is becoming significant or worsening with tiredness, please get ENT/chest evaluation done.
