Ayurveda ke mutabiq, jab hamari Agni (digestive fire) mand ya kamzor ho jati hai, toh khana sahi se hazam nahi hota. Is wajah se sharir mein Ama (toxins) banta hai. Yeh Ama jab rasavaha srotas (nutritional channels) ko block karta hai, toh khana sharir ko nahi lagta aur wazan nahi badhta. Yahi Ama jab urdhwajatrugata (upper respiratory tract) mein jata hai, toh kapha ke sath milkar chronic najala aur jukam paida karta hai. 1. Najala aur Jukam ke liye Aushadhi (Respiratory Care) Sabse pehle respiratory channels ko saaf karna aur immunity badhana zaroori hai: •Laxmivilas Ras (Nardiya): 1-1 goli din mein do baar halke gungune paani ya shehad (honey) ke sath lein. Yeh purane najala ke liye behtareen hai. •Sitopaladi Churna + Shring Bhasma: 2 gram Sitopaladi Churna mein 250 mg Shring Bhasma milakar, ise din mein do baar shehad ke sath chattein. •Anu Taila (Nasya): Roz subah nahane se pehle ya raat ko sote samay dono naak ke chhedon (nostrils) mein 2-2 boond Anu Taila dalein. Yeh naak aur sar ke channels ko clear karega. 2. Agni Deepan aur Pachan (Digestion & Weight Gain) Jab tak digestion sahi nahi hoga, tab tak mota hona ya wazan badhana mumkin nahi hai. Isliye ‘Dhatu Poshan’ se pehle ‘Deepan-Pachan’ zaroori hai: •Chitrakadi Vati: 1-1 goli khana khane se 10-15 minute pehle gungune paani se chusein ya chabayein. Kya Khayein (Do’s) * Gunguna paani hi piyein (Hamesha). * Purana chawal, moong dal khichdi, shorba. * Khane mein adrak, kali mirch, jeera, aur lehsun. * Haroz subah 5-10 minute gunguni dhoop mein baithein. Kya Na Khayein (Don’ts) * Thandi cheezein, ice cream, fridge ka paani. * Dahi (Curd), mooli, keela, aur heavy sweets. * Fast food, maida, processed ya baasi khana. * Din mein sona (Day sleeping) bilkul band karein.
