लगातार नजला-जुकाम रहना और वजन न बढ़ पाना आयुर्वेद में प्रायः कमजोर अग्नि, कफ वृद्धि और शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता कम होने से जुड़ा माना जाता है। ठंडी-खट्टी चीजें, दही, फ्रिज का पानी, रात में जागना और धूल-धुआँ से बचें। गुनगुना पानी पिएँ, हल्का सुपाच्य भोजन लें। —rx -सितोपलादि चूर्ण 2 gm + गोदंती भस्म 250 mg + शहद के साथ सुबह-शाम -च्यवनप्राश 1 चम्मच सुबह दूध के साथ -अश्वगंधा चूर्ण 3 gm रात को दूध के साथ -भाप लें और रात में हल्दी वाला दूध लें - nak m roj anu taila ki 2 drops dale ----यदि 1 साल से लगातार समस्या है तो एक बार CBC, Vitamin D, IgE/Sinus evaluation भी करा लें।

Some regime you should follow ??Do’s:?? Eat freshly cooked food. Chew an inch of fresh ginger half an before meal. Eat only fruit vegetables. Limit dairy products (stop if possible) ???Yoga??? Virabhadrasana Trikonasana Vrukshasan Prasavkonasan ???Pranayam??? Anulom Vilom Bhastrika Kapalbhati ?Dont’s:? Sitting directly under a fan or right in front of the A.C Oily, spicy, processed food. Packed food products. Sour and fermented items. Bakery items. Fried food products. Potatoes. ??Medication?? Tab. Sanjeevani Vati 1 tab twice a day before food. Cap. Nelsin 2 caps twice a day before food. Tab. Liv 52 DS 1 tabs twice a day before food. Syp.Jeerakadhyarishta 3 tsp twice a day before food with warm water. Panchendriya varthan tailam 15 minutes of steam followed by 3 drops in each nostril early in the morning.

Ayurveda ke mutabiq, jab hamari Agni (digestive fire) mand ya kamzor ho jati hai, toh khana sahi se hazam nahi hota. Is wajah se sharir mein Ama (toxins) banta hai. Yeh Ama jab rasavaha srotas (nutritional channels) ko block karta hai, toh khana sharir ko nahi lagta aur wazan nahi badhta. Yahi Ama jab urdhwajatrugata (upper respiratory tract) mein jata hai, toh kapha ke sath milkar chronic najala aur jukam paida karta hai. ​1. Najala aur Jukam ke liye Aushadhi (Respiratory Care) ​Sabse pehle respiratory channels ko saaf karna aur immunity badhana zaroori hai: •​Laxmivilas Ras (Nardiya): 1-1 goli din mein do baar halke gungune paani ya shehad (honey) ke sath lein. Yeh purane najala ke liye behtareen hai. •​Sitopaladi Churna + Shring Bhasma: 2 gram Sitopaladi Churna mein 250 mg Shring Bhasma milakar, ise din mein do baar shehad ke sath chattein. •​Anu Taila (Nasya): Roz subah nahane se pehle ya raat ko sote samay dono naak ke chhedon (nostrils) mein 2-2 boond Anu Taila dalein. Yeh naak aur sar ke channels ko clear karega. ​2. Agni Deepan aur Pachan (Digestion & Weight Gain) ​Jab tak digestion sahi nahi hoga, tab tak mota hona ya wazan badhana mumkin nahi hai. Isliye ‘Dhatu Poshan’ se pehle ‘Deepan-Pachan’ zaroori hai: •​Chitrakadi Vati: 1-1 goli khana khane se 10-15 minute pehle gungune paani se chusein ya chabayein. Yeh Agni ko teez karegi. •​Kumaryasava / Amritarishta: Khana khane ke baad 15-20 ml dawa mein barabar matra mein (15-20 ml) gunguna paani milakar din mein do baar lein. Yeh liver ko activate karega aur khane ke nutrients ko absorb karne mein madad karega. •​Aswagandhadi Lehya / Churna: Jab aapka pet thik hone lage aur bhook khul kar lagne lage (Lagbhag 2 hafte baad), tab 1 chammach Ashwagandha avaleha ya churna gungune doodh ke sath raat ko lena shuru karein. Yeh dheere-dheere healthy weight gain karega. Kya Khayein (Do’s) * Gunguna paani hi piyein (Hamesha). * Purana chawal, moong dal khichdi, shorba. * Khane mein adrak, kali mirch, jeera, aur lehsun. * Haroz subah 5-10 minute gunguni dhoop mein baithein. Kya Na Khayein (Don’ts) * Thandi cheezein, ice cream, fridge ka paani. * Dahi (Curd), mooli, keela, aur heavy sweets. * Fast food, maida, processed ya baasi khana. * Din mein sona (Day sleeping) bilkul band karein.
