abhi aapko fungal lung infection hai aur aap Itraconazole le rahe hain is phase me heavy “weight-gain tonics” (Musli, Vidarikand, etc.) turant shuru karna theek nahi hai. Pehle infection control zaroori hai, warna symptoms badh sakte hain ya digestion disturb ho sakta hai. Kya avoid kare abhi Safed Musli, Kali Musli, Vidarikand (heavy rasayana) → abhi ruk ke rakhein Ye kapha/ama badha sakte hain jab infection active ho Abhi kya le sakte hain (safe & simple) 1. Ashwagandha Dose: 1 capsule (500 mg) raat ko doodh ke saath Benefit: strength + halka weight gain support + stress kam 2. Guduchi Dose: 1 tablet/capsule din me 2 baar after food Benefit: immunity support, infection me helpful 3.
