झुकने और खड़े होने पर कमर दर्द - #50429

जब मैं 10 से 15 मिनट तक झुकता हूँ या लगातार 2 घंटे या उससे ज्यादा खड़ा रहता हूँ तो मुझे कमर के निचले हिस्से में दर्द होता है। मैं इसे पिछले तीन महीनों से देख रहा हूँ। पिछले तीन दिनों से मुझे सुबह के समय लगातार लगभग 1 से 2 घंटे तक यह दर्द हो रहा है।

HELLO, In Ayurveda, this condition resembles Kati shoola (low back pain) mainly due to vata aggravation , especially when pain increases with movement and prolonged standing. Recent morning stiffness suggest mild Ama (toxins) + vata involvement INTERNAL MEDICATIONS 1) YOGARAJ GUGGULU = 2 tabs twice daily after meals =Reduces Vata and inflammation 2) DASHMOOLA KASHAYA= 20ml + equal water twice daily before meals =anti inflammatory, vata pacifying 3) MAHARASNADI KASHAYA= 15ml + equal water twice daily after meals =if stiffness present 4) TRIPHALA CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm water at bedtime =removes ama EXTERNAL THERAPY 1) DAILY warm oil massage kottmachukadi oil on lower back 2) Followed by hot fomentation steam or hot water bag for 10-15 min DIET -warm,freshly cooked meals -add ghee in small quantity -garlic, ginger, ajwain helpful Avoid cold food, dry snacks, excessive tea/coffee Avoid prolonged fasting LIFESTYLE CORRECTION -avoid bending for long periods -do not stand continuously > 45-60mins without break -use lumbar support while sitting -sleep on firm mattress GENTLE YOGA -bhujangasana -makarasana -setu bandhasana -cat-cow stretch MAIN GOAL -reduce aggravated vata -improve circulation -strengthen lower back muscles -prevent recurrence DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU

Start with Laxadi guggul 1-0-1 after food with water Rasnasapthakam kashaya 10ml twice daily after food with water Trayodashang guggul 1-0-1 after food with water. Apply ashwagandha+ mahanarayan oil on affected area twice daily. Wear lumbo sacral waist belt during the day. Once pain reduces start with back strengthening yogasana or exercises under expert guidance.

Hello, have you ever felt the pain radiating down towards either of you legs? Or do you have any gastric discomfort or constipation? Please go for an x ray of Lumbar spine if pain persist after 7 days of medications. *Mahayogaraja guggulu 2 tablet twice daily before food *Rasnasaptakam kashayam 15 ml twice daily before food mixed with 60 ml luke warm water *Dhanwantaram gulika 2tab thrice daily before food *Gandharvahasteranda capsule 2tab at bed time. You should have pain relief with these medicines within 7 days. Also do yoga like bujangasana, ardha katichakrasana,setubandhasana etc. do not bend forward. If you are getting pain triggered with bending, it is best to get an MRI LS spine to know the exact cause. Till then, Take rasnaerandadi kwath 30ml twice a day with half cup water after meal Yograj gugulu 500mg twice a day after meal (chew) Tablet shallaki 600mg twice a day after meal Dhanwantar taila lukewarm soaked in cotton roll and keep it on the lowerback region overnight.
