Doctors’ responses

It sounds like you’re facing multiple challenges that are interconnected, including joint pain, weight gain, hair fall, changes in breast firmness, and feelings of being physically drained. These issues could stem from a combination of hormonal imbalance, nutritional deficiencies, stress, and lifestyle factors. Here’s a comprehensive Ayurvedic approach to address the root cause of your symptoms: 1. Knee and Joint Pain Joint pain, especially after exertion, could be due to Vata imbalance affecting the bones and joints. To help: • Take Guggulu tablets (2 tablets twice a day) to improve joint health and reduce inflammation. • Massage the affected areas with Mahanarayan Taila or Ashwagandha Bala Taila to relieve pain and stiffness. • Include Turmeric and Ginger in your diet as they help reduce inflammation and improve circulation. 2. Weight Gain and Belly Fat Weight gain after an abortion, combined with hormonal changes, can affect metabolism. To support healthy weight management: • Follow a Pitta-pacifying and Kapha-reducing diet, focusing on light, nutritious, and easily digestible foods like soups, khichdi, and steamed vegetables. • Drink warm water with a pinch of cumin and fennel seeds throughout the day to improve digestion. • Regular physical activity is essential, but consider avoiding intense jumping exercises if you experience pain in your legs. Gentle exercises like walking, swimming, and yoga can help reduce belly fat and support metabolism. 3. Hair Fall and Breast Firmness Hair fall and breast changes could be linked to hormonal imbalances (such as post-abortion or stress). To address this: • Take Ashwagandha (1 teaspoon) with warm milk at night to balance hormones and reduce stress. • Consume Bhringraj oil or Amla oil for scalp massage to strengthen hair roots and reduce hair fall. • For breast firmness, applying Fenugreek oil or Shatavari (an Ayurvedic herb) can help improve skin tone and elasticity. 4. Digestive Health and Belly Fat A sluggish digestive system may contribute to weight gain and bloating. To improve digestion: • Include Triphala powder (1 teaspoon) with warm water before bed to cleanse and regulate digestion. • Include fiber-rich foods like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables to improve metabolism and reduce bloating. • Practice yoga poses like Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) and Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) to support digestion and relieve bloating. 5. Root Cause: Hormonal Imbalance and Stress Hormonal imbalances due to stress, pregnancy-related changes, or abortion can affect many aspects of your health. To support balance: • Practice deep relaxation techniques such as Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation to reduce stress. • Take Shatavari (1 teaspoon) with warm milk to support hormonal balance and reduce stress. • Make sure to get enough sleep to support hormone regulation and overall recovery. 6. Overall Support and Monitoring Your symptoms could be related to stress and hormonal imbalance, but consistency with diet, exercise, and Ayurvedic remedies can significantly improve your health. If these symptoms persist, I would recommend consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner for a personalized treatment plan to address hormonal imbalances, improve digestion, and reduce stress.
