So yes, dietary adjustments often accompany treatments — focus on foods that stabilize blood sugar, like whole grains, legumes, and bitter greens, and avoid processed and sugary foods. Regular exercise like yoga or walking often goes hand in hand with these changes. These tweaks have the potential to offer some improvement in fasting and post-meal sugar stability over time.
