I’ve been looking into an Ayurvedic diet for weight loss to help me achieve sustainable fat reduction and improve my digestion. I’ve heard that Ayurveda recommends a diet based on seasonal, whole foods, such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and herbal spices that help boost metabolism, balance doshas, and detoxify the body.
