I’ve always been on the thinner side, but lately, it’s been getting worse. I’m 26 years old, 5’7”, and my weight has dropped to just 48 kg. No matter how much I eat, I don’t seem to gain any weight. My digestion is weak, I feel tired all the time, and my immunity isn’t great either—I keep falling sick every few weeks.
