I’ve always been underweight, and no matter how much I eat, I don’t seem to gain weight. I’m 26 years old, 5’9”, and my weight is around 52 kg. I feel weak, have low stamina, and often get tired quickly. I’ve tried increasing my food intake, but my digestion isn’t great, and I struggle to absorb nutrients properly. That’s why I started looking into Ayurveda gain weight methods for a natural solution. From what I’ve read, Ayurveda focuses on improving digestion (Agni), balancing Vata dosha, and nourishing the body with natural herbs and nutrient-rich foods.
