Sounds like you've been dealing with a whole mix of things! Long-standing issues like high blood pressure, diabetes, indigestion, and thyroid concerns can really complicate stuff, huh? Urinary symptoms, especially bed wetting at night and urge throughout the day, can often link with these ongoing health problems. What we can try to do is root out some relief through Ayurveda. First, let's think about vata imbalance, which might be causing this urgency and inconsistency with urination. It often shows up with stress, irregular lifestyle, dehydration or even when you have too many cold things in diet. Try stabilizing your routine; eat meals at similar times, sleep and wake up on a set schedule. In terms of food, warm foods can help balance vata. Opt for cooked veggies, especially beets, green beans and sweet potatoes. Stews with cumin, coriander or fennel seeds might support your digestion and thus balance vata. Hydrate with warm water or herbal teas like chamomile. There’s something called "Ashwagandha" – folks sometimes call it a rejuvenating tonic. You could consider a small dose, but let’s be cautious here due to existing conditions. Also, warm sesame oil massages during day should be comforting and might help stabilize vata. It's crucial too, 'cause of the foamy urine, to get those kidneys checked out – could be a sign of protein in urine. Ensure you are under regular care of a physician so any changes in kidney health aren’t overlooked. Simple bladder training techniques could help. Try delaying urination a bit each day to build bladder strength, but don’t overdo. Lastly, sit in sun for a short while daily – it’s soothing and supports overall health. These steps may not clear everything instantly, but small, steady changes might lead to gradual improvement. Take care and be sure to keep your doctor in the loop!
