Hello Sanjib, how is your digestion and appetite? Do you have any issues with constipation, bloating, or acidity, which can often accompany hypothyroidism? Additionally, it would be useful to understand your stress levels and sleep patterns, as these factors can influence both hypothyroidism and neuropathy symptoms. Are you noticing any fluctuations in your energy levels or changes in your mood? In Ayurveda, hypothyroidism and small fiber neuropathy may be linked to imbalances in the Vata dosha, particularly in the nervous system, and addressing this imbalance with herbal remedies, dietary changes, and lifestyle adjustments can help alleviate symptoms like burning sensations, numbness, and fatigue.
