Chronic constipation - #19876

Respected sir/mam, I am suffering from constipation, and all gastro disorders like acidity, flaunting, gas, ibs. So please help me for healthy stomach and gut. Please guide for food what to eat or avoid, and prescribed some medicine, thankyou

Also, how long have you been experiencing these symptoms, and do you have a history of any other health conditions? In Ayurveda, we focus on balancing the digestive fire (Agni). For your condition, I would recommend including warm water, ginger tea, and easily digestible foods like cooked vegetables, oats, and brown rice. Avoid heavy, fried, and spicy foods that can aggravate your symptoms. Herbal remedies like Triphala, Haritaki, and Isabgol (Psyllium Husk) may also help in promoting regular bowel movement and improving digestion. It’s essential to tailor these recommendations according to your specific constitution (Prakriti) and imbalances.

Hello Firstly chronic constipation is due to irregular digestion process So firstly digestion should be corrected then 70% your constipation will be relieved. Do concentrate on diet that also plays very important role in digestion issues and constipation also Avoid sour spicy & oily food, aerated juices sweets, Dont take raw vegetables and fruits for now but can take steam or boiled vegetables You can take pomegranate watermelon fruits as for atleast for 15 days Take fresh plain buttermilk before food in afternoon Take good amount of water. 1) dadimavleha syrup 5ml-5ml-5ml with 5ml water after food 2) cap mebarid 1-0-1 after food 3) swadista virechana choorna 0-0-1/2tsf with glass of warm water at bedtime Just take this for 15 days definitely you find some relief Consult me after 15 days Thank you Dr.Nikitha
