Hamid, it sounds like you’re dealing with a couple of complex issues, so let’s try to tackle them step by step. Erection problems can often be linked to several factors in Ayurveda, including vata dosha imbalances, that can influence the nervous and circulatory system. The numbing and shaking in your limbs could also suggest an underlying vata disturbance that needs addressing.

Firstly, to improve your erection strength and duration, we should focus on balancing your doshas, strengthening your tissues (especially shukra dhatu, connected to reproductive health), and calming your mind. Try introducing more grounding foods into your diet, such as whole grains, cooked vegetables, and healthy fats like ghee. Avoid consuming cold, dry, and processed foods. These may exacerbate vata dosha.

Additionally, an herbal approach could be beneficial. Ashwagandha and Shatavari have revitalizing properties that can help with reproductive health and balancing the nervous system. Take these herbs under the guidance of an Ayurvedic physician for appropriate dosage as they can also have interactive effects with other treatments.

For the numbness and shakiness, rasayanas like Brahmi can support the nervous system. Practicing daily abhyanga (oil massage) with warm sesame oil can help improve circulation and balance vata, too. You may also benefit from gentle yoga and pranayama exercises such as bhramari to enhance your prana and relax the mind.

Finally, your sleeping pattern and stress levels might be impacting your condition. Ensure you sleep adequately at night, avoid stimulants like caffeine, and manage stress through meditation or spending time in nature.

However, since these symptoms could also be related to neurological or circulatory issues beyond what Ayurveda could address, I recommend consulting a healthcare professional for a comprehensive examination. This ensures any underlying conditions are not overlooked. Remember, Ayurveda complements modern medicine, and it’s essential to have a holistic approach to health.
