How to reduce white discharge - #20279

Am suffering from white discharge. I noticed it lately after inserting iud for birth control.(mostly before 2020). Now I got it removed. I used pills from my gynaecologist but has no result. The discharge has no smell and watery and string consistency. There are no abnormal symptoms other than daily discharge. It will be seen every day, all time my inners will be wet. It’s very discomforting for me can you give me any solution

1. Musalikhadiradi kashyam 15 ml-0- 15ml before breakfast and dinner 2. Kadhalimadhusnuhee granules 1 tsp -0-1 tsp with warm milk after breakfast and dinner 3. Tila granules 1 tsp with warm milk at bed time Advised to continue this medications for 30 days Maintain intimate hygiene Use triphala powder for wash boil 1 triphala powder in a water and reduce to half and use for washing Maintain proper intimate hygiene. Avoid spicy, oily, and junk food. Include iron-rich foods like dates, pomegranates, and leafy greens. Drink plenty of water and herbal teas. Manage stress through yoga and meditation.
