I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.

The complex body pain you're experiencing indeed indicates a deeper imbalance that needs to be addressed holistically. In Ayurveda, chronic pain, stiffness, and knots can often be linked to the vitiation of Vata dosha, which governs movement and circulation in the body. They're also related to ama, or toxins, that might be blocking the channels (srotas), causing discomfort. Firstly, given the complex nature of your symptoms, it's advisable to continue monitoring this with a healthcare professional. The presence of dextroscoliosis indicates a structural component that might need ongoing medical attention. To address Vata and ama in your body, begin with your diet. It’s crucial to maintain regular meals that are warm, cooked, and oily—think of soups, stews, and porridge—to pacify Vata. Incorporating warming spices like ginger, garlic, and turmeric can also enhance digestion and eliminate toxins. Introduce a daily routine (dinacharya) that includes abhyanga (self-massage) using warm sesame or mustard oil to nurture your joints. Apply the oil generously over your entire body before showering, leave it on for at least 30 minutes, and follow it with a warm bath. Practicing gentle yoga or stretching daily can also improve your joints mobility over time. Since you're experiencing stiffness and swelling, taking Triphala at bedtime with warm water can be detoxifying and supportive of bowel health, which is crucial for reducing ama. Ashwagandha, an adaptogenic herb, can be consumed along with milk to enhance muscle strength and reduce pain. Lastly, ensure that you're staying hydrated, and consider evaluating your stress levels as mental strain can exacerbate Vata disorders. Yoga and meditation are beneficial here, aiding in calming the mind and body. Remember, these suggestions should complement your existing regimen, and consistent application over weeks will yield better results. Consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner to personalize your plan further, given your unique constitution and condition.
