With over 18 years of dedicated Ayurvedic practice, I have focused extensively on treating skin and hair disorders, integrating classical Panchakarma therapies with individualized care. A major aspect of my clinical approach involves Upakarma procedures—supportive therapies within Panchakarma—which I customize based on each patient’s Prakriti (constitutional type). I believe true healing begins when treatments are aligned with the body’s natural balance, and this philosophy guides every aspect of my work. My specialization includes the preparation and use of Ayurvedic formulations that I personally design, including face packs, hair packs, body oils, and facial oils—each one carefully selected and recommended according to the patient’s specific dosha and skin/hair condition. These formulations are result-oriented and rooted in time-tested Ayurvedic principles, ensuring safe, natural, and sustainable outcomes. In my practice, Ayurvedic facials are more than just cosmetic procedures; they are therapeutic treatments tailored to the unique constitution of each individual, aiming to restore inner and outer harmony. By incorporating dosha-based skincare routines and traditional beauty therapies, I help patients achieve visible improvement in conditions like pigmentation, acne, hair fall, and premature aging—without relying on chemical-based solutions. My goal is to blend classical Ayurveda with a practical, patient-focused approach. Whether managing chronic skin concerns, offering customized herbal solutions, or delivering rejuvenative Panchakarma therapies, I ensure each treatment is deeply personalized, holistic, and rooted in authentic Ayurvedic wisdom.

I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.

Considering your symptoms, let's explore some Ayurvedic approaches that may help alleviate your body pains and improve your overall well-being. It's important to look at the underlying reasons—keeping dosha imbalances, especially Vata and Pitta in mind, may be quite beneficial. Your symptoms might be related to Vata dosha imbalance, since Vata governs movement and flexibility, which influences muscles, joints and also the functioning of the mind (affecting sleep). Additionally, because you're experiencing a gastric ulcer, attention to Pitta (which influences digestion and the digestive tract lining) is needed too. Efforts to calm and balance these doshas can help manage your symptoms. Starting with your diet, adopting a Vata-Pacifying Diet can aid in soothing the symptoms. Favor warm, cooked, and moist foods; think soupy, stewed items like kichadi or a simple moong dal soup. Avoid raw, cold or dry foods as they aggravate Vata. Opt for spices such as ginger, cumin, and asafoetida which balance Vata and help with digestion. Minimize spicy, sour, or salty foods to help reduce Pitta. Hydration is important. Drink warm (not cold) water throughout the day; a herbal tea with fennel and coriander may also be calming for the digestive tract. Try Triphala at bedtime, it's a gentle herb blend helping digestion and elimination. Consider practicing gentle yoga, emphasizing on stretches for your spine and areas of pain. Gentle movements encourage mobility and circulation without overexerting the body. Meditation or pranayama practices are helpful for calming Vata inherent restlessness. Massage with warm, Vata-balancing oils like sesame or an Ayurvedic oil such as Mahanarayan Oil can provide some relief to muscles and joints. Self-massage before a warm shower helps nourish the skin and soothe aches. Since some of your symptoms are quite chronic and could require further investigation, it's crucial to consult a healthcare provider for the pain under the right ribcage to rule out conditions needing immediate treatment.
