Focus cheyyali: thyroid management ki balanced diet thopatu proper lifestyle maintain cheyandi. Ayurveda prakaram, nithyam stress ledhu ani chusthu, body ki relaxation kawalanukunta, aalavatu cherchuko. Thyroid imbalance direct ga dosha imbalance undhi anedi, mainly Vata and Kapha.

Diet lo konchem changes teesuko. Fiber-rich aaharalu, like whole grains, veggies (drumstick, pumpkin), and fruits khavu. Jilakara, lovage, coriander and turmeric spices ni add cheyachu, agni (digestive fire) ni stimulate cheyyadaaniki. Junk food, processed items, and white sugar avoid cheyandi. Inka, processed soy products kooda agginchandi, enti andi? Thyroid function ni disturb chesthayi.

Yoga practice cheyaddaam - Surya Namaskaralu and pranayama, deep breathing kalupukoni chayadam. Iyamm tools against stress! Restless sleep cycle ni correct chesukondi. Fix time lo sleep, good quality sleep ati importance undi.
