It's clear from your symptoms you're going through quite a challenging time dealing with both endometriosis and a breast fibroid. Ayurveda looks into balancing the doshas – mainly Vata – often disturbed in these cases, leading to pain and other related symptoms as you described. First, for endometriosis, addressing the built-up ama (toxins) in the body is essential. A simple starting point is to follow a light, easily digestible diet – warm foods are beneficial, like a simple khichdi. Avoid heavy, cold, or stale foods which could aggravate Vata and increase ama. Sip on warm ginger or fennel tea throughout the day to help improve your digestion. For the pain during your menstrual cycle, a gentle abdominal massage with warm sesame oil could provide some relief. Do this a few days before and during your cycle, focusing on a counter-clockwise motion. Ayurvedic herbs such as Ashwagandha and Shatavari could be beneficial too, as they help in hormonal balance; but they should be taken under guidance of an Ayurvedic practitioner. Regarding your breast fibroid, similarly, paying attention to the removal of toxins and balancing hormones is important. Castor oil packs can be applied externally on the breast to reduce inflammation and swelling. Combine this with internal herbal support such as Triphala for detoxification. Pranayama, especially Anulom Vilom and Nadi Shodhana, can also help calm your system and manage stress, often linked to hormonal imbalances. Try to incorporate these practices at least once a day. Remember, while these suggestions stem from Ayurvedic principles, it's crucial to consult with a professional before trying new treatments, especially with your current CA 125 level. If symptoms like sustained severe pain increase, it's important to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to monitor your condition closely. Don’t hesitate to seek immediate medical attention if your symptoms worsen. Balancing treatments from both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicine could offer comprehensive support to manage your health effectively.
