How to recover from spasticity in my left hand fingers as am hemiplegic - #20958

Am hemiplegic since 2019 I can walk however left hand fingers not working please let me know of any medication in ayurved,as am frustrated doing all those exercises as I can't open my fingers it's all folded like a boxing

Use hand bresess...use soft smiley boll for hand exercises...do hand massager with Bala taila atleast twice a day and do the hand exercises...try to use your hand for lifting etc don't keep it unused it will cause stiffness and in latter make difficulty for movement If possible visit the nearby panchakarma centre and take one course of shashtika shaali pinda sweda, tail parisheka

Internally 1) Tab Ekangaveera rasa 1-1-1 after food 2) Abhraka bhasma1g+ thapyadi loha 5g+ godanti bhasma 25g+ avipattikara choorna 25g - 1tsp twice after food 3) Saraswatharishta 2tsp 3times after food Externally Mahanarayana taila - apply warm and give steam while massaging and try slowly to open fingers. You need someone else's help for massaging. Massaging should without applying much pressure. You need to continue massaging and steaming atleast 20minutes daily for 1 week
