I want to detox my liver and kidney can you help me - #21180

I have pain in foot and lower left side stomach. I think too much that make irritated me Pain in leg foot in the morning. Well sleep, well eating but i don't know what happen to me. How can i contract to you

Alongside this, some gentle yoga stretches focusing on the lower back and legs, practiced daily, can improve both flexibility and mental peace.
