What should I consume super food to help my body get on right track - #21224

What should I consume for my body to work properly ,I have hormonal imbalance ,lots of mood swings ,feel depressed 24*7 ,gut not healthy ,I do I reduce all these problems ,what yoga to do for mood swings and staying happy in all situations

Avoid spicy food, fermented foods, maida, fried food, bekary food,
Have more leafy green Veggies, sprout, more salad, take more water
Have fresh fruit daily like amla, orange, grapes,
Do yoga start with simple Surya namaskar
Do pranayama atleast 15 mins daily
Do dhyaan daily
Chant your ishta devata mantra
Take tab manasamitra vati 1 bd after food
Saraswata arishta 15 ml bd after food
Do head massage with himasagara taila
If possible visit the nearby panchakarma centre and take one course of Virechana karma or shirobasti or shirodhara

Avoid bakery and dairy products.
Avoid tea and coffee. Instead of that you can have green tea, ginger lemon tea , ccf tea, buttermilk, etc.
Do suryanamskar regularly
Pranayam, anulom vilom and breathing to reduce mood swings.
