It sounds like you might be experiencing a state of imbalance in your body, which could be allergic or maybe related to something else like stress or diet. In Ayurveda, these skin issues can sometimes be linked to the accumulation of toxins or "ama," or it might be due to an imbalance in the Pitta dosha, which governs heat and metabolism in the body. Let's delve into some remedy options for you. First off, mind your diet. Try to avoid spicy, oily, and heavily processed foods, as they might aggravate Pitta. Opt for more cooling and cleansing foods instead, like cucumber, cilantro, and bitter gourd. Fresh fruits and vegetables are usually a safe bet. And yes, keeping tabs on your water intake is important — hydration helps cleanse the body. Considering blood purification, you could look at herbs known for detoxifying properties. Neem and turmeric can be particularly helpful—both have anti-inflammatory and cooling properties. A simple turmeric tea or neem capsule (if available to you) taken daily is worth trying. You mentioned itching — applying coconut oil with a few drops of lavender essential oil might provide some relief. It’s naturally soothing and helps calm the skin. If it worsens, do consult a healthcare professional. Avoid scratching the bumps, as it might worsen them. Wearing light, breathable fabrics and avoiding extreme temperatures can also prevent itching. If the condition recurs often or intensifies, seeking medical advice for allergy tests might help identify triggers more precisely. Try incorporating a few minutes of pranayama or meditation into your daily routine. Stress can sometimes play a sneaky role in skin issues, and stress-reducing practices can calm your entire system. While Ayurvedic practices can be very beneficial, if the symptoms become severe or you're in doubt, always consult a healthcare professional. Safety first!
