You want to include foods rich in copper and iodine like leafy greens, cauliflower, and sesame seeds. Those guys are great buddies for your hair! What’s essential though is ensuring that your pitta dosha is not aggravated since it can lead to premature graying. So, cool down on spicy, salty foods. Also, consider gently oiling your scalp with Amla oil 3 times a week. It nourishes the roots and helps promote natural color. Just massage it in, leave overnight if possible, then wash with a mild herbal shampoo.
Now, face fat and skin brightening! For face fat, consistent facial exercises work wonders. Imagine puffing out your cheeks—yeah, like a pufferfish, and then release. Doing this 10 times daily can tone your muscles. Skin brightening? Well, turmeric is your best friend. Mix it with chickpea flour and milk, apply this paste to your face about twice a week. It brightens and brings out that natural glow we all love. Please, keep it on for 15 minutes and wash off gently.
And oh, those dark circles, so tricky huh? Start by getting enough sleep. Sounds cliché but it works wonders. Rose water is another miracle worker; it soothes tired eyes. Soak some cotton pads in rose water, lay them on your eyes for 10 mins each evening. Trust me, dark circles don’t stand a chance.
Why not also try managing stress? It's a silent player in these skin issues. A little bit of yoga or even just deep breathing can make a difference. We sometimes forget the power of breath in calming the mind.
The key here, and this is crucial, is consistency. Stick with these practices for a few weeks. Rome wasn’t built in a day, nor are radiant skin and luscious hair. Remember, it takes time. But keep the faith, your skin and hair will definitely thank you later.
