Dealing with pimples and the marks they leave behind, plus open pores, can definitely be frustrating, right? Let's dive into this with some Ayurvedic insights. Considering the symptoms, it sounds like there's a Pitta dosha imbalance at play, which is common for skin issues. The key is to cool down this fiery energy. Let's start with your diet - keep it light and cooling. Avoid spicy, oily, and acidic foods, and try incorporating more fresh fruits and veggies like cucumbers, grapes, and melons. Geez—essentially, you want to include foods that are juicy and hydrating. For the skin stuff, you can try a gentle face pack made from sandalwood powder mixed with rose water. Apply it to your face and leave it to dry — it not only soothes inflamed skin but could gradually help fade those marks. Remember not to overuse it; two, maybe three times a week is enough. As for dandruff, a simple fix is massaging a blend of coconut oil with a dash of neem oil into the scalp. Leave it on for a couple of hours before washing it out. This nourishes the scalp and combats fungal elements causing the dandruff. Your hair fall probably links back to the scalp health and internal imbalances, so also focus on reducing stress with regular practices of yoga (try things like Pranayama) and meditation. Brahmi and Amla, herbal favorites in Ayurveda, can be particularly supportive for hair health if included in your diet. And don't forget, sleep! Proper rest is kinda essential for overall health and skin rejuvenation. Aim for a solid 7-8 hours each night. Lastly, while these tips are meant be practical, do keep in mind it’s important to connect with a healthcare professional if you’ve got more serious or persistent concerns. They’ll provide personalised advice—including addressing chickenpox scars. Take small steps, be patient, consistency is key!

By the description you have mentioned, it seems like pitta dosha is excess in your body. Try to avoid excessive oily, spicy foods and also reduce intake of salty & sour foods. Some medicine suggestions - Sarivadyasava - (10ml-0-10ml) + 10 ml water after food Manjishtadi kashaya (10ml-0-10ml) After food. Avipattikara churna - (1/2 tsp-0-1/2 tsp) with 50 ml water before food. Durdhurapathradi taila - For application to hair (Concerned for dandruff) Can apply face pack prepared out of manjishta + Yashtimadhu + Raktachandana Intake if cooling items like tender coconut water will be helpful.
