I am really trying to figure out this whole health thing, especially my digestion. So here’s the deal: a few months ago, I started feeling super bloated. So, here’s my question: does taking Patanjali apple cider vinegar help with weight loss as well? Am I doing this right? I’ve read that it can speed up metabolism, but how true is that? I took the plunge and also started to change my diet, cutting down on sugar and carbs, but sometimes I feel overwhelmed trying to keep it all together.
