I am really trying to figure out this whole health thing, especially my digestion. So here’s the deal: a few months ago, I started feeling super bloated. It wasn't like the usual bloating after a big meal, it was almost constant, and it was driving me crazy! I did some research and stumbled upon Patanjali apple cider vinegar. I mean, everyone online seems to rave about it, right? So, I thought, why not? I started taking Patanjali apple cider vinegar daily. At first, it felt like a leap of faith since the taste is defintely... let’s say, not what I'm used to! Yikes it’s strong! Just gotta mix it with water, right? Anyway, after a couple of weeks, I thought I might’ve noticed some improvements – my belly felt less like a balloon, but I'm not sure if it was really the Patanjali apple cider vinegar or just my imagination. But now, I’m getting anxious again. My main goal is to feel normal! I’m also trying to shed some pounds, since my friend keeps telling me that weight loss could improve my digestion too. So, here’s my question: does taking Patanjali apple cider vinegar help with weight loss as well? Am I doing this right? I’ve read that it can speed up metabolism, but how true is that? I took the plunge and also started to change my diet, cutting down on sugar and carbs, but sometimes I feel overwhelmed trying to keep it all together. Like, I could just easily reach for junk food, easier — you know what I mean? And I know they say consistency is key, but how long until I see some real results from using Patanjali apple cider vinegar? I mean, I’m a bit impatient when it comes to these things.
