Take following medicines.
1. Vidarikand powder 3 grams of powder daily, divided into two doses with warm milk. 2. Shatavari 1 grams of powder twice daily with warm water after meals. 3. Siddha Makaradhwaja oil Massage gently for 5–10 minutes daily, preferably after a bath. 4. Ashwagandha 300mg capsule twice daily with milk.
