Can Ayurveda really benefit my skin with ayur body wash or am I just chasing trends? - #22141

Alexander

I am having such a hard time finding the right body wash for my sensitive skin! It feels like everything I try just dries me out or irritates me more! A friend told me about ayur body wash and how it's like, super gentle and made with herbal ingredients. I’ve been looking into it more but I’m just not sure if it’s worth switching to this natural product. Like, I really need somthing that cleanses without stripping my skin. I've also read that ayur body wash can balance skin’s pH or something, which sounds amazing! But now I'm worried – what if it doesn't do anything and I just end up wasting money? I guess I'm just curious if anyone here has made the switch and what that experience was like. I mean, did you notice an actual difference with ayur body wash compared to your usual stuff? And do you think it's better for my skin long term? I could really use some real advice and personal stories, not just the marketing stuff! Thanks!
