As a software professional, spending long hours in front of a screen can indeed take a toll, and may be contribiting to back pain, hair issues, and stress symptoms. We’ll address these through a blend of Ayurveda and lifestyle adjustments.

Firstly, addressing the back pain, I’d suggest incorporating yoga, specifically poses like Bhujangasana (Cobra pose), Supta Matsyendrasana (Supine spinal twist), and Setu Bandhasana (Bridge pose). For hair loss and greyness, a consistent hair care routine including oiling with Neelibringadi or Bhringraj oil could be beneficial. Massage gently into the scalp at least twice a week an leave it overnight for maximum absorption. Incorporating herbs such as Amla, Ashwagandha, and Brahmi into your diet can also nourish hair from within. Consume them as powders or in supplement form, guided by an Ayurvedic practitioner’s advice to suit your dosha.

Organic foods will support detox, choosing a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and seeds.
