I am really confused about rock salt and how it relates to sendha namak. A few months ago, I started looking into different salts because my dietician mentioned that I should try healthier options. I read that rock salt, or sendha namak, is good for detoxing and some people say it even helps with digestion? But honestly, I'm not seeing any real changes after using it regularly. Also, I tend to get a bit bloated, especially after meals, and I thought sending namak might help with that. I've tried adding it to my water in the morning, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Is rock salt sendha namak really different from regular table salt? Should I be using it more, or could I be missing something? Like, when is the best time to have it? Just trying to figure out if I'm wasting my time here or if this actually has some benefits. Thanks for any advice!
