I am really confused about something. I've been hearing people say that is shilajit viagra?? Like, I've heard a few friends say they’ve had great results taking shilajit for boosting energy and maybe even libido, which got me curious. I tried it out for a couple of months, but not feeling any dramatic changes lol. Last month, I started struggling with fatigue and low mood, plus a little anxiety. I thought maybe is shilajit viagra could help, but honestly, the results just seem kinda…meh. I did some research, and saw mixed stuff online about how it might help in a similar way as viagra, but I don’t know if I’m expecting too much? My diet is healthy, but I'm not sure if I should be doing more or even if is shilajit viagra like a permanent fix or just a short-term boost? Should I be using it differently or combining it with other herbs? Anyone else had similar experience?? I’d love some real feedback from you guys!!
