I am feeling kinda lost lately. I started taking this SDM Bhumyamalaki Capsule a few weeks ago after readin’ some good stuff about it online for liver health and detox. My doc mentioned it could help with my recurring bloating and slight fatigue, but honestly, I am not really sure if it’s working. Sometimes I feel a little better, but then other days I have this weird heaviness in my stomach after meals. I also tried changing my diet, eating more greens, ya know? I thought the SDM Bhumyamalaki Capsule would work faster, like, because I heard it’s supposed to cleanse or something. There were some days I felt like I was on the right track, then suddenly I’d crash and feel heavy again. Is that normal?
