I am really stuck and hope someone can help me out. I've been dealing with this annoying fatigue and my doctor said it's likely due to my kidney function declining. It's frustrating because I used to be so active, but now I feel like I can't even walk up the stairs without feeling winded. A friend mentioned AVP Punarnavadi Kashayam and said it’s supposed to be great for kidney health. I just need to know if it actually works?? I mean, I read about it online, and some articles are like super positive, but I also saw some not so great stuff too. I started taking all these kidney supplements but they haven't really made a difference. My urine is...eh, not the best, if you know what I mean, and I have some swelling in my legs. Honestly, it’s a bit alarming. Would AVP Punarnavadi Kashayam help reduce swelling too? I’m just worried that I’m not treating this right or that there’s something serious.
