Many allergic tiny pimples on face along with acne - #31702
I am 27 year old & I get pus filled acne & pimples on face during periods. Also my face looks very rough & uneven as I have some tiny allergic kind of pimples on face that is filled with water. I also have pimple marks. Currently I am using "Atrimed AClear" cream for treating this. Shall I continue to use it or should I use something other? Please suggest any best way to get a clear, soft & glowing skin. My skin is a little sensitive.
