I am really struggling with this constant cold I’ve had for weeks now. It’s like every time I think I’m feeling better, I wake up the next day with a sore throat and congestion again. Friends keep suggesting different remedies, but honestly, I'm feeling kinda lost. I heard about this Forestica Syrup from a friend who swears by it for respiratory issues, but I’m not sure if it’s right for me. I mean, I’ve tried a bunch of things already—lemon tea, honey, even some over the counter meds, and nothing seems to really work. My throat feels scratchy, and I’ve been coughing so much at night, I can't sleep! It's also messing with my energy levels; like, I can’t focus on work or enjoy my weekends.
