I am really struggling with this persistent cough and feeling really drained all the time. I recently saw a doc who just told me it's "just a flu" but honestly, it’s been weeks and I'm not getting better! I’ve tried some over-the-counter stuff but it doesn't help much. A friend mentioned Dhootapapeshwar A Flu O Cil Forte and said it really helped them recover faster, but I’m kinda skeptical. I mean, is it really effective for flu symptoms?
