I am really confused about this whole health thing. I've been having these terrible coughing fits, like really bad ones, especially at night. It's been going on for weeks now, and I thought it was just a cold at first, but then it got worse. My friend mentioned something about using Vasu Ural Syrup, saying it helped her kid, who had similar issues. I looked it up, and it sounds promising. But I also got worried about the other symptoms. The cough is dry, and sometimes I feel this tightness in my chest, like there's something stuck or maybe heavy.
