I am really struggling with this cold, and it’s like every time I think I'm getting better, another symptom pops up. Yesterday was rough—my throat felt like it was on fire, and now I can't stop sneezing. Like, I woke up with this stuffy nose and just wanted to know what to eat in cold weather. I always heard that certain foods can help with colds, but I never know where to start. I tried drinking warm soups, but I feel like they don’t really do much. Someone told me ginger tea could be good, but do I really need to add honey too? Sometimes I just want a good old comfort meal, but I'm worried it might make me feel worse. Plus, I read somewhere that dairy could be bad when you have a cold, but I LOVE my yogurt and cheese, haha, it’s tough! What to eat in cold situations like this? Should I lean more towards herbal stuff, or is there some magic food that can make the cold go away faster?
